  • Overseeing the collection, allocation, and reconciliation of Province dues and expenses
  • Managing compliance with internal financial policies and fraternity-wide regulations
  • Supporting chapter exchequers with tools, training, and guidance to promote financial consistency
  • Leading the implementation of financial systems that drive operational efficiency and real-time visibility

Key Quarterly Updates

August-2025: Our office kicked off the Dues Modernization Initiative (DMI). The effort calls for driving province efficiency and modernizing how dues are collected across the province by distributing an invoice to nearly all members.
