The Keeper of Records Office serves as the official secretariat of Kappa Alpha Psi, Western Province, as outlined in Article VII of the Western Province Bylaws. This office is entrusted with maintaining the integrity of the province’s administrative records, ensuring proper documentation of all proceedings, and facilitating timely communication across the province.
Committed to organizational transparency, recordkeeping accuracy, and operational continuity, the Keeper of Records Office manages:

- Official minutes of Province Council and Executive Board meetings
- Archiving of governance documents, correspondence, and reports
- Coordination of Province-wide communications and formal notices
- Oversight of annual chapter certification
- Support for chapter-level recordkeeping and compliance
